Deck - Just so you know, I was misserable for a year and a half after I quit. That's when I found a medical problem that I had. People often times said here.. "Smoking masks other things" and I was shaking my monitor, and going "But.. Like WHAT!? What does that meen!!?" I go to the doctor every 3 months already, and my doctor had no clue about smoking masking anything.
Truth is.. smoking masks not only physical problems, but physiological problems, and emotional repsonses. When we can't hide behind a cigarette anymore, we're forced to deel with life and all of it's ups and downs, and many of us just simply don't know how.
This can make this period of time ...right where you're at... especially difficult.
I recomend that you start journaling, and also... start moving more. Take some B-vitamins, and just plain ole.. take good care of yourself. You're not alone.
