Right from the womb thats were it started. You poped into this world struggling to draw a breath. Some b------ smacked you on the butt and said welcome to reality and the journey started .
Now you've decided to quit smoking and another struggle begins and you are going to struggle because nicotine is addictive and robs you of your ability to experience life.
Many of you are going to go through another phase of quitting and that is were you are going to experience the things that smoking masked or hid away from your conscious mind.
You will once again be involved in another struggle to free yourself from these impediments that interfere from living a joyous life and you will say to yourself "is there no end to this "
Bottom line I believe in order for this species to survive "struggle we will one way or another " and the fact that you have taken the first step by becoming smoke free makes you an automatic winner .
So stay strong and keep an open mind your all heroes in my mind. ;p
