The fog or not being focused is a symptom reported near the beginning of the quit. Check with your doctor to rule out anything medical and to help better assess the situation :)

I' ve quit smo0king for over a year now and form time to time I seem to go through periods of fog. It seems that the mind loses its crispness. Short term memory loss and other phenomina for a period of time. Scary but is it an after effect of nicodemon? I've never exposed myself to other stimulae in the past, Just cigarettes.Can one of the Support councilors please report on this. PS Cafeine is the only other possibility in this senario.
