First of all I want to say congrats on 291 days smoke free!!!
Craves come at us for no apparent reason sometimes... I have also had days when a craev hits out of the blue and I can't really find a reason. I am so glad that you used your coping skills. You are well into your quit so you already know that the crave will pass... but I will say it anyway... Hang in there, the crave WILL pass.

I had to look at my meter this morning to see how many days I have. I, for no reason I can think of had the urge to smoke this morning. My first thought was milestone but no real one there. Then I realized. Today is my youngest daughters birthday. A reason to celebrate that is embedded deep in my thoughts something the nicodemen could use to try to get me back. I am aware that addiction comes at you from every direction. Thanks to this site I had a place to turn. And wouldn't you know. It is Sunday!
