I found a fun snack. you can make it in a cute glass so you can see it.
Yogurt in the glass sprinkle some mixed berries (the frozen ones are good, and then some healthy granola cereal on top... you can use the yogurt with the acidopholos in it.
you can use what ever fruit you want to.. make it in a small wine or champagne glass... frozen fruit is yummy when it is hot out.

Isn't that funny we start thinking that the fun sweets really aren't a very good rewards anymore. I was at a gathering the other night and had to pieces of cake and then went to dinner after and ate a measly bowl of soup. What is wrong with that picture. OMG

JUJU
Only an ex-smoker knows how big a deal it is to get through a situation like that. Way to go. What is it they say? Each time you make it through it makes you stronger.

Hi all,
As most of you know...in my quest to stop smoking I have managed to replace ciggies with food LOL And resulting in a 18 pound weight gain! arrrghhhh
I had an awful week, was at the hospital with my mother, she is fine now, but had to take my sister up with me to visit her as well. My sister is both a heavy smoker and a heavy(no pun intended) eater!
Needless to say I have been at the gates of temptation hell all week and I am damn glad it is over.
I made it though..and have actually lost 6 pounds and have to say that refraining from both of my crappy addictions can only be attributed to everyone here. So i just wanted to say thank you all and YaY! Judi
