Hi Patrick, Yetta (our Nubian) & Whitman (the chocolate Pygmy) are fine.. they are Happy as they have all the new grass and bushes coming out to munch... a smorgasboard now.. and not just hay... LOL
they are great at keeping the black berry bushes under control.
Thanks and the "craves" seem to be under control... I am looking forward to the Beach... yeah.
Bonnie

Hiya Bonnie!
Sorry that you're having those big cravings but I fear not for you because I know that you are a committed quitter and that you have that powerful will behind you to keep you straight. Remember when you first had to go to the local store and stand in front of that rack of cigarettes and NOT buy a pack and how you were proud to have scooted back home having blocked that sight out of your mind?? I remember when you told us that story and how I, at that time I think, hadn't even tried that myself and was scared to fail that test! But was glad that you described it and fixed itin my mind for the future. Thanks Bonnie. How're the goats? I want one instead of a lawn mower...
Patrick

Thanks everyone, doing much better this evening...
I sooooo don't want to set that meter to zero....LOL I do not want to go through the first 2 weeks again.... ever, ever, ever.....
Hang in there newbies... you will laugh at things when you start getting to this point. I really do feel so much better as a non-smoker...there are a million more benefits ...........
but some days you do have to work for the quit.... the price for putting nicotine in you in the first place....
My trip was very nice. from 40 to 85 in less than 3 hours.. and then 90 to 40 home.. brrrrr.
Cheers everyone Bonnie

BJ--hope you had a wonderful trip, welcome home!
I get the same things--most days are pretty mild--but then bam I'll have a long or harder crave.....
You've got a great quit going there, Bon--I know you'll protect it every step of the way...keep doin' what you're doing..'cause it's really working.
One non-smoking day, hour or minte at a time--let's get it done ;)

Good for you BJ. Yes, you are hitting another of those tough milestones, but just like the others, you can do it. Congratulations on awesome stats. You know the deal. One day at a time.
Have a great smoke free weekend.
