welcome Snazzy. Pat yourself on the back... and don't kid yourslef you are doing GREAT it's not called "Hell" week for nothin' You have overcome some BIG obstacles.... I can totally relate to the angel on one shoulder, devil on the other.. believe me you will have more of these...
I picture the "cravings/urges" as a tazmanian devil with bloodshot eyes and smoke & flames coming out his mouth...I get him with a baseball bat... (ok keystone cops...LOL)
whatever it takes.. I do a lot of picturing myself in situations.. no cigarette, no tobacco smell.. etc.
You are Right about telling others.. our suceess or showing courage to quit can be the "light" or motivation for someone else..
The quit meter helps me to stay focused also... I DO NOT want to set it to Zero..

Sorry I missed your welcome to the site, but I am really impressed by the willpower you show after only three days. It just goes to show that you are a successful quitter.
It will get so much easier as time goes by. Take it one day at a time, one hour, one minute.
Just remember, before you smoke....post. Wait for five responses, and you will get this done.
Congratulations on your decision to live!!!!

As far as being tired, take vitamins and especially you B vitamins. This will help with the energy and replenish the vitamins smoking has been robbing your body of all these years.
Have a great day and remember NOPE!!!!
