Congrats on making it through day 2! We are always here for support and encouragement when you're in need. Sounds like you are learning some great coping skills - we strongly suggest using your Craving Diary to keep track of them all so you can use them when you are faced with triggers and cravings.
Yes, we are watching you, so don't even think about it! Seriously though, the mind will pull every trick in the book but as long as you stick to your guns and resist the urge, by whatever means you feel necessary (I paced alot too at first) you will begin to find that it gets easier and easier. Hang in there, you're doing great!!
We'll be watching!

Holy cow. Here I am out in my office and everybody in the house leaves. I know my wife's cigarettes are in there and I can CLEARLY hear them calling to me. I swear my mind was a battlefield of rationalizations vs "oh no I'm not." Who's going to know if I crack right?
Well, there it was right on my computer screen. YOU GUYS would know. I had to get up and pace the room a bit to settle down but all is under control now. Thanks for the hand. Sometimes all you have to do to help is to just be out there somewhere.
