Keep up the good work. About now you are starting to feel better. Your lungs are starting to clear up and your energy level will be increasing. Just think how much better you are feeling now compared to when you smoked.
Keep all this in mind and you will be home free and smoke free from here on.
Big Hugs to Theresa

Theresa, 30 smoke free days is HUGE!!!!!! You've made it through what I consider to be the most challenging time. You'll be more than ready for the next 30 days...take each one of those days one at a time. Congratulations, now its time to treat yourself to something nice.

Thanks for your continued support and encouragement.
I know 30 days may seem like nothing, but right now for me it is EVERYTHING!
It wasn't easy, and I fought like crazy to get here. Ok, sometimes I was kicking and screaming, but I got here! And even though 30 days is just a short distance in the grand scheme of things, I've learned a lot about addiction, what a terrible and nasty thing it can be, but more importantly, how strong I can be when I really dig my heels in and fight. So thanks and BRING ON THE NEXT 30 DAYS, I'VE GOT MORE LEARNING TO DO AND I'M READY.
we CAN and WILL do this!
Theresa
