Day three is awesome, three days in and any ex smoker knows that some achievement- as Patrick says this is your Hell week and you're almost half way through so hang on in there because it really really does get easier.
Please come back and read the posts on here, they offer invaluable tips and advice and the members here are such a tower of strength.
