Thats just how I feel Mike- although I know there would only be overwhelming support if ever I strayed from the path it is the thought that I had somehow betrayed or let down the people I am so wanting to succeed- and thats a good thing.
I take great delight in watching the stats rise on everyone's quit meters and its such fun to share the different quit journeys with everybody.

Theresa- thank you, you dont know how touched I was to read your post. You're right this community is very special, I honestly think alot of strength comes from our unity as a group- everyone is genuinely willing the others to succeed, and it does feel good to be able to say exactly how one feels without fearing judgement or repercussions.
I hope we all remain 'friends' for many years to come.

Just as you thanked those who came before you, I would like to thank you for being my "rock" and "anchor" when I needed one. You have helped me more than you know.
This is what I love the most about this community. Its easy to see that people here really DO care.
Like you, it makes me look forward to the day I can "pay forward" the strength and help!
Stay strong and keep smiling

Mike, thank you so much for those kind words wow they really did mean alot. I am determined to try and help people beat this addiction I only wish someone would have tried to help me years ago.
I feel like shouting from the roof tops " hey its not as bad or as scary as they tell you its really not"
And my greatest wish is I would really like to get into youth counselling- if I could just stop one or more kids ending up a heavy duty smoking addict like I was, then my experiences would have counted for something.
Patrick, my support from day one, what can I say except thank you xx
