It is very smart of you to quit at this young age. Did you know that smoking wrinkles the face? One to avoid, and among all the other benefits, money being one you will reap. I don't know if I told you this. I have a twin sister who is my age

. She quit when she was a tad older than you, at the age of 37, well then perhaps a lot older than you, some 21

years ago. She really quit and stayed quit so it happens. We just get it to stick it our head that we don't smoke; it has stuck for you at over 8 months. Avoid looking ahead at the 9 + 9 rather live life for today, enjoy it so. Make the 9 + 9 a nothing. I would perfer if we could just look back on it after we have passed it by. So have fun, be carefree and congrats to you and when you get to be my twin's age then you can cry for joy too!

Thanks to everyone who responded....I will not give up. I am going to make it the rest of my LIFE with No smokes! It's just another month of not smoking - same as always! Nothing can stop me from achieving my goals.
