You have to think to yourself that your not going to die, it's only anxiety, anxiety has never caused anyone to die. Anxiety is nothing more than a physical sensation.
Try not to think Negative you have to think Postive,
Instead of thinking your going to die, WHICH YOUR NOT BECAUSE IT IS ONLY ANXIETY, and thinking of that is only going to cause you to have a panic attack (anxiety) you have to think Postive I'm not going to die no one has ever died from anxiety this is only a physical sensation nothing more.
YOU HAVE TO THINK POSITIVE, I think that's the key for us to recover from this..
