Way To Go Laurie. Since joing here, my commitment is so much stronger. I feel "accountable" I like seeing my meter and the days go up. It is also a reminder here... That I may want to smoke once in awhile, I sure as ________ don't want to repeat the first 30 days of quitting AGAIN.. not just craves or urges, the emotional roller coaster, finding I had been hididng many of my emotions behind a cloud of smoke.
You name is rght on Free spirit.... Free is so right on... I am not chained to a pack of cigarettes ,a lighter, etc.
your are doing great.. just reward and remind yourself.. you are Free

Thank you all for your support - this has been the first forum I have EVER been an active member of and I have been on the internet since 1995. I would occasionally view/visit/post in technical forums for computer/repair tech issues as I am a computer geek per say, but other then that nope no chat rooms no forums, no blogs etc. But I realized that kicking this addiction might be much easier talking with ones that have and are going through the same thing. AND I WAS RIGHT -
So thank you all, I do appreciate all the quick and friendly responses that you all have to offer and share.
Week one is under the belt and now on to my next goal (week 2).

P.S. If anyone has any computer problems I would be happy to help you if I could!
