Hey Wendy
That is a problem I use to get all the time even now sometimes. When you have anxiety you tend to sweat a lot more because of the adrenaline pumping through your body and the places where people sweat the most is the palms of their hands and the soles of their feet. When you sweat and their is a breeze or sometimes there doesnt even have to be a breeze the area where you sweat gets cold. Its totally normal. Try not to where cotton socks because cotton will absord the sweat and the wet socks will make you cold. For me when I use to get cold on my hands and feet it would act like a trigger for me to get more anxiety because I didnt know why I was getting cold and it worried me, but as soon as I found out why it was'nt a trigger anymore. Hope this helps. Take care
Wendy,
Cold hands and feet may be a decrease in circulation in your body. What you can do to help with this is dress warmer, and get active. Even if you are at work, take stairs instead of the elevator, walk around the office/work space a couple of times. Anything to your blood circulating throughout your entire system.
Hope this helps,
Melanie
