Sorry for the lack of visiting here.  I do miss it and my my rearview mirror buddy CyberDuke and so many others here who have helped me with my quit.  I just logged on for the first time in a week and wow, I already have 63 days.  Dang time flies.  The sporadic thoughts are there but they are so brief it doesnt really phase me.  I've kept pretty busy also and I did look back this morning at my start of the day habit....wake up, go downstairs and let the dogs out and smoke.  Then come in and feed dog and go upstairs to shower and dress.  Then go back downstairs and smoke before leaving.  Then smoke exactly at the same places on the road as always.  Weird.  I honestly thought what a waste of time every morning for that type of ritual.  I get to sleep in longer!  I never thought I could drive 45 minutes to a job without a smoke, let alone longer on the way home.  I've relearned life.  I'm healthier and my blood pressure is WAY down.  I used to be a walking-timebomb.  Now my doctor is happy along with me, that I'm wanting to live again.

Well, enough said, just wanted to say HI and I am so glad I have all of your support and hope to continue coming here to help others.  It does get better.
