Great job..... i thought I would have a hard time in the car.... but I didn't .. i kept mints on the seat. One morningI stopped and bought a latte for a reward....
have a great evening, and a wonderful tomorrow.. at 4 days the nicotine is pretty well our of your body. So now it is the mental thinking and knocking that "junkie" nicodemon thinking out.
I always pictued the "nicodemon" as some black scaley creature with red beady eyes.. and nasty stale smoke breath.. I went after it with a baseball bat.
Someone complimented me on how nice my hair smelled.. I had washed it the day before..... WOW.... you will pick up the stale cigarette smell on others... and for me it was an OMG.. did I smell like that moment..
remember : I would rather be a non smoker wanting a cigarette once in awhile, than a smoker wanting to quit....
You are doing great.... hang in there
