congratulations! i am just like you....8 months today! and i had a dream last night that i smoked a pack. have not had those dreams in a while...and there ya go. i felt funny about posting my stats - have not posted in a while...but the dream last night made me realize that i am not out of the woods yet. so congratulations to you....kudos to me...and continued thanks to all of you who are keeping us strong and united.....

Huge huge huge Congrats... ah hhhhhhhh the tub and bubble baths...... aromatherapy.. lavendar is supposed to be very calming.

Maybe you should check out one or two or ??? of the bed and bath type stores.. for a little tray for over the tub,, a little blow up suction pillow..

If you knew me you'd know I'm a bit eccentric. And I dont post much, but I read gobs of posts and the support I get from you all is huge. Today makes 8 smoke free months for me and I feel terrific. I look back at hell and heck week and know I couldnt have done it without you all. I had many stressful times (marriage of my daughter, shoulder surgery, move to another state ect) and was at this site with regularity to read away my urges. Its been an amazing journey and Im stay on the straight and narrow so I can keep feeling great. N.O.P.E.! Now for my reward. My new house is an oldie but a goodie. Problem; the tub is peeling. Solution! I found a guy who resurfaces bath tubs in my cute town (12000 people) and he's starting Monday! By Wednesday I'll be taking bubble baths and soaking my cares away. I deserve a bubble bath after 8 months of smoke free living. I'm so excited! Thank you all for getting me here.
