I can't believe that it has been a year already. October 16th 2007 was the end of one life and the beginning of the rest of my life. I am just in aw about how great I feel. I don't even have the cravings anymore. I don't think I will have a problem staying this way. To those of you who are just starting on your journey, STICK WITH IT! The benifits out way all cravings.
