Sylvie, my daily rewards have been taking my dog for a long walk and smelling the fresh air. I never smelled pure fall air before as I was always smoking, so I can now better enjoy nature. Plus, the walk is good exercise for me! I agree about not spending more money on rewards than what I spend on cigs. Once I hit 50 days or so, I bought myself 2 new shirts at the Ralph Lauren Factory Store. A bit of a reward (was like $70 for both), but they were on sale with an extra 20% off! So it was a nice reward without spending too much $$$. Maybe you can put $50 away each month and buy yourself something nice after 4 months? I have been putting my savings into an interest earning money market (about the only savings vehicle that earns money these days! LOL) so I will have a long term reward once I hit the one year smoke free mark. Thats a long time away for me, but at least I am saving the money I would have spent on cigs. Good luck, and congrats on reaching 18 days smoke free!
