I'm glad to hear that hell week is going so well for you and tomarrow will be the end of the worst week of the process. Dizzy? That worries me a bit; I'd think if it keeps up you may want to get that checked out but over coming cravings deserves a reward, especially after hell week is over. Do something nice for yourself. You deserve it!

Thanks again to everyone's kind word. Day 6 for me and it feel soooo great. Had a few cravings (dizzy) today, but it didn't matter I told myself don't even think about we will beat this. After work I play basketball with my co-workers. I decided to signed up to play basket ball twice a week. It doesn't matter what I'm feeling that day I go anyway. Every time I think of stopping I say NO not anymore.
