Tell me about Jan! Over the weekend I watched an NCIS marathon! I dream of being the mad scientist that Abby is :)
I read a post on here about how there can be up to 70,000 associations that your brain has formed from smoking. So every time you encounter an activity that you were used to smoking during, you have to break the association. However, I think Jan is right, and it does get easier over time, once the associations have been replaced in your mind as non-smoking situations.

I have to agree with MM. Driving drove me crazy for the first while! I enjoyed alone time as long as I was busy. By busy I mean busy watching NCIS, Law and Order, etc. I didn't mean cleaning or anything!
That first morning coffee nearly had me on my knees in the beginning. Now I enjoy my coffee! Every day gets a bit better!
Cheers,
Jan
