Congratulations Breather on 6 weeks! I also found an improvement after the 6 week mark....not that I am much past that now. I will be cutting my 7 mg patch in half after this week. My Dr. said he was very much in favour of the patch but they should have gone at least 1 more step down. The health unit here said it was perfectly ok to trim them, cut them...whatever works. Actually, I start trimming them down a little at a time before step down. Sorry, didn't mean to ramble. Have a super smoke free Christmas and again, way to go! Jo

Everyone is different, but I found that at seven weeks I felt I'd turned a corner and would never be going back. I really hope that is the same for you, maybe six weeks is the last 'gasp' of major temptation for you?
Just keep on breathing through the next week and the new year ahead!
I have to paste in my stats, there seems to be a gremlin right now in the older version of SSC, but you'll see what you can do if you just hang in there:

Thank you Faryal , Henny Penny and pupikat. As far as a reward goes I promised my freinds that I'd cook up some ribs. Not that I really need the extra pounds. Lots of rewards this time of year for sure. All the best for the holidays. breather 42 Addict 0
