Unfortunately, not all sites are equipped with blogs yet. However, you do have a cravings diary which you can complete daily. You are able to reflect on how your quit has been going and graph these results so you can observe the positive results! The cravings diary can be found on the top left corner of your screen. A number of members have reported these diaries as a useful tool in their quit.
