Well let's not ponder--let's party--you've got 100 days under your belt & that's huge:)
). I am sick of quitting and have decided that weather I smoke or quit, I will ALWAYS want a smoke, so might as well crave it as a non-smoker than an active smoker. Does that make any sense to anyone? Well, by golly, it makes sense to me when, like today, I am sitting in my warm office doing case files while two of my co-workers are out there in the front freezing their butts off for a butt! I am resigned to the fact that I will always want to smoke, but that I cannot---just for today. I know it gets easier, I've been there before, but I must not get over-confident. If I'm going to give in to 'just one', I might as well go buy several cartons and make reservations at the nearest nursing home!

I can just see you there in you lounge chair with the cabana boys fanning you and handing you your "special" drinks and putting tanning oil all over you. I have heard that Phil is in the group.
Congrats on 100 days!!! Can not tell you how happy I am for you. You are indeed the best.Quit Meter
