Thanks Ron. I can't afford resentments so what I do with them is I pray for that person, place, or thing to have good health, serenity and prosperity. I do this until it leaves and it will and it does. I also had a friend tell me one time if you point a finger at someone look at your hand. You will find one finger pointing, three pointing back and your thumb point toward God. Now if you concentrate on the three pointing back the one pointing out will loose it's power and if you trust God all will work out. I have used these methods for several years and they never fail me. My pride got hurt and brused, but because I have wonderful friends here and you wonderful people I am moving forward. There is a purpose to everything and what happened is exactaly what need to be both for her and me.
Life is good and I am moving forward.
Keep the Quit

I had a friend that had a lot of problems with lets say pain medications and I would spend so much time trying to help him when I was a smoker. I put so many hours to help even though I never spent any time to help myself. Well when I quit and became a non smoker I found that it changed my relationship with this person. I started healing and he was still sinking in his ship and blaming me for what was happening to him. I realized that I was going to sink with him if I didn't create some space between us. We havent ended our relationship but I will just say that when you go on a new journey in life sometimes it changes our relationships with people. It's something that is stressfull when it happens but when you look out further it may be what you need at this time. Keep trusting you are doing the right thing and also be willing to forgive them for their actions and you will find that the pain and anger with this person will go away.

It's a rubber band, like the Lance Armstrong bracelet. You can customize them. We decided to engrave NOPE and a non smoking sign. There are lots of sites that can make them for you. Just google rubber bracelet and you get like 200 sites.
I hope this helps.
