Hey There,
First Time Poster Here :) Anyways, I've been dealing with axiety for the last 6 months or so and have every symptom you can imagine (dizziness, chest pain, numbness/tingling, inability to concentrate, etc.) I've also been on anti-depressives for the last 4 years (Fluxotine and just recently I switched to Zoloft) My question for eveyrone out there is have any of you experienced difficulty thinking ahead? What I mean is when you start to think about the steps you can take to get yourself out of the current state you're in, your brain sort of shuts down and stops you in mid-thought? I've dealt with this for a long time now, at least a few years and I feel it really impairs my ability to move on in life. My brain doesn't seem to want to think past a few days in advance. I also have this problem when I think of those classic unanswerable questions like religion, the universe, evolution, and other huge topics that require deep thinking. Well, if any of you have experienced this, feel free to tell me all about it. And if not then I guess I'm just weird :)
Thanks,
Senza
