Thank you so much for your answers...
Going to the gym when I can motivate myself to do so.
Thank goodness I am not self-employed, but have a job that forces me to get up in the morning and stay put :-) Just the yawning musdt be kind of offputting to my colleagues ;-)

I experienced the same for the first month .I'm an energetic person, and I felt really tired. My energy went to zero levels. But the good news is that It came back. I began excercising on week three of my quit. I'm having longer workouts than the ones I use to have when I smoked. So this is the good news. Our body is healing, and needs time to recover.
You are doing great. Your energy will come back.

Cat,

I know exactly what you are talking about.  You are very early in your quit and doing a great job!  Congratulations on that!  Your body is going through a lot of changes because of your removal of all those chemicals it is used to getting.  It takes time to adapt.  You aren't any different than anyone else.  On days you don't feel like doing anything, call it a PJ day!  Stay on the sofa and watch movies or something.  Doing nothing at all can be great at times.  I had many of those early in the quit.  It won't be long before you adjust and are right back to your busy hectic schedule.  Sort of refer to the phase of your life as your time out.  Time out to take care of you.  Time out to quit smoking.  Lighten your schedule, plan for rewards and know that you are doing great!  Congratulations again!!!!!
