Jags,

Welcome back!

It really sounds like you have a great attitude to make this quit last!

As other members have mentioned, having quit before, you are able to identify your triggers and understand your own quit better than anyone else. Knowing this information, you can also take the necessary steps to make this quit successful. Preparation will be key during this quit. Think about how you will prepare for this quit. What quit aids will you need? What other strategies do you have in mind?

Stay close to the boards Jags and post whenever you need to. We are here when you need us!

Welcome back Jags
!! You have learned a lot from  your previous quit! You know your triggers, and which situations are the more dangerous for you.
So grab your ice water, and read and post as needed!!
Congratulations on your decision to quit!

Welcome back to both of you, my slip came after a 6 month quit, caught my youngest with a pack and found out my oldest was leaving for Iraq in the same hour. Smoking didn't help the situation, but for some reason I didn't come back for 18 months. Jag, at least your coming back while only up to 4 a day, hopefully your quit this time will be forever. That what we all are here for, our forever quit. Kudo's to both of you for coming back, I know its hard, I've been there.

Welcome back Jags! We'll dust ourselves off together, I slipped after a 9 month quit and was back up to a pack a day. We can do this especially with so many caring and supportive people on this site.
