Wynn- This is big- use this 30 days as a prop for the next 30, and and then use your 60 days to get you to the beach. It will get easier. I know it sounds like an exaggeration, but I can't tell you how much quitting has changed my life. I use my 98 days like a shield, it is something I am proud of and  don't ever plan on giving it up!!!.

Keep quitting every day WYNN, let's all look at life like a non smoker.
-Tim

Hey Wynn!!!

Sorry I missed your big day, but I'm here now to let you know that you are doing GREAT so far!!!  You are going to have those days where that demon is going to get after you, but all you have to do is tell that sucker NOPE!!!  Keep taking it one day at a time and post when you need a helping hand!  We'll all be here!!!

Wow, you guys!

I sure am glad that I didn't cave (but it was close!) since even 2 days later, I'm still getting wonderful messages.  Marivi, you are always so supportive.  Bob, I love your hugs and cookies.  Spacecas, you will get great benefits, wisdom and motivation by spending this time here before your quit.  Ron, I just read your blog and saw that you went through the same thing at right around the 1st month milestone.  You demonstrate a lot of skill at introspection.  I need to get back to the meditation and yoga to reinforce my strength though I think I have more tearing down to do before I have a firm foundation for rebuilding on.  Thanks for reminding me of the philosophical aspects which can really aid in the process.

Love to you all!

Wynn  (or shall I say Wynner?)

Hey Wynn,
By being smokefree for a month you are starting to see what seeking freedrom is all about.  I'm so glad you came here during your milestone to vent vs. slip.  The craves after milestones do go away pretty quickly afterwards so hang in there and keep positive.  Also reward yourself because sometimes we forget to do that and it can make such a difference in our journey. As Rock says here's to the next month and beyond.
Ron
