I was asking for thoughts on when it gets better I think since the lately everything is bugging me more and cravings are worse in times like these. In the past it seemed like smoking or drinking would just numb things, make things seem a little easier. I know it didnt, but it was temporary relief from the feelings. Feelings are something I am learning to deal with, I have been numbing them In one way or another since I was 15. Just now getting back on the road driving, as seen in the panic center site and being nervous adds to cravings as well. What a cycle this is.
