I guess the answer to how I physically managed to smoke was through practising!

But I do wonder how I ever found the time to smoke?

Maybe everyone can add a one liner for this question.  I was wondering this on a ride home from my in laws the other day.  My father in law smokes, in the house.  When I was on the way home, I noticed my clothes smelled like smoke, and my chest tightened up from it!  If just that caused that much trouble, how did I manage to smoke?  Anyone else experience anything similar to this?
