I want to smoke

for 15 år siden 0 1904 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
jeniwho, quitting smoking is exhausting. I takes a lot to say no and keep saying it, but the times in which you have to do so get farther and farther apart. I look at smokers now, and although I try not to judge because I know how difficult it is to quit, I still think to myself, They sure look stupid. You have spent days extracting yourself from the cravings and otherwise dumb behavior. Why give those days back? Quitting won't be any easier next year.

Good job on your first month!!!  You are doing so great.  It seems that the urges (or the demon) increase as you approach key milestones. Keep your guard up and be ready to fight!  You've made it through the most challenging month.times.  'Want' all you want, but never give in!!!!
Enjoy your Freedom and your Holidays!

Keep the Quit,

Dave

The nicodemon took a peak at your stats and saw that you are 30 days smoke free!  He is upset that he no longer controls your life, and he wants you back!  You've shown him that you are in control, that you don't need him anymore!  Have you rewarded yourself to celebrate 30 smoke free days?  Trust me, this temporary inconvenience of being tired and worn out will yield a HUGE permanent improvement!  Congratulations on 30 days smoke free!

1 month is amazing and yes these thoughts will creep in!  Make them creep out!

Stay positive and active, give yourself a rest, your body will thank you for it!

You may think you want to smoke but you came here and posted how you're feeling instead.  Old nicodemon trying to do his worst on you but you win round one (and thirty days to boot)!  Your body is healing itself, so you will feel tired and worn out for a while.  That addiction and the memories of it will haunt you for some time.  If you want to win just keep on fighting - it gets easier, I can promise you that.  You're doing great so far, just hang in there, stay close, read and post.
