The start of a new year is always a great time to quit. It is a time of new beginnings, a new chance at a new life, a new energy to help you start over, and a chance to change to healthier choices.
I smoked for thirty seven years before I came here and quit. Yes, 37 years. There are people here who aren't even that old yet! The cigarettes I smoked way back then were alot less dangerous than the ones on the markets now. Now they have 4000 plus added chemicals, to get you addicted faster, and to keep you addicted longer. Things like jet fuel, formaldehyde and amonia. The list is long and frightening. You are putting all of these things into your body every time you have a smoke.
You are slowly but surely, killing yourself, with every single drag you take.
What I want to tell you is that if I can quit, you can quit. Don't let another dollar go up in smoke, don't let those little cigarettes control your life any longer, don't put those chemicals into your lungs anymore. Stop paying to kill yourself.
It might be a challenge, you might gain a few pounds, but what have you got to lose? Your lungs, your health, your family, your life.
What have you got to gain?  The ability to breathe again, fresh air, clear skin, pink lungs, free time, and most of all, your life,  to spend with those you love. It is all so worth the effort.
So spend some time here reading, find out all you can about how to quit, what will happen, go through the program. Get yourself excited about starting a new healthy lifestyle. Get excited about freeing your self from an addiction that is killing you.
Get excited about this website that has helped so many and is here to help you do it too.
You can do it, I am living proof that it can be done, even after 37 years! Come join us and be a quitter, NOW is the time!
