Oh my can I relate to your observation about emotions. It does get easier to manage, but I can tell you on my own journey it's been easier to quit smoking than it has been to get a handle on my emotions!
You'll get stronger every day - embrace it. I can say that's one of the best parts of this journey is to identify the changes in ourselves that we were previously too busy smoking to notice!
