You are doing SO amazing Leela! Fun to discover how life can be lived as a non-smoker, right? One thing at a time, one breath at a time, one crave at a time... and sooner than you think, you are 20, 40 , 70, 100 days smoke free. And you look back and wonder how come you thought this cannot be done. Great job.
Keep the quit

That is a huge achievement! Congratulations! Really savour your success! How does it feel knowing you have worked so hard and you are now smoke free?!?
I just wanted to report to all of you trying to quit or who have just started (or even those doubting yourself)
It's not easy...BUT...
I am dead in the middle of fashion hell month (it happens 3 times a year, i quit after the last one cause i was smoking SO much)...i work my butt off long hours, crazy deadlines, etc etc...the entire garment district is a big smoking cig right now except for me. It has been shocking! I have not craved one, i have not even needed one... i did the other day stop in the middle of my errands and sa "OMG!!! I am doing this, smoke free!!!" My usual days during these times was non stop stick in my mouth, stinking to high heavens, mad at everyone, smoking 2 packs if not more a day, and stressing out!!!! Probably cause i was wasting most of my time smoking, or craving a smoke to keep from stressing out hahaha!!!! Now, i walk around enjoying this process...pissed at all the smokers ruining my smoke free summer walk (and feeling sorry that they don't know how good i feel)... I didn't even realize i had 71 days, they are flying by...
So for everyone...i never thought i could get through a fashion season without cigarettes...they were my crutch during this time, this work thing was the #1 reason i didn't think i could quit...well guess what!! I just did it!!! June 2nd is the photo shoot and i could not be prouder of myself!!! It's possible, stress is only easier when you have let go of one more thing to stress about- smoking...don't let work be an excuse!!!
thank you and NOPE!!!
