Way to Go Rose, Enjoy the play, you will actually be able to focus on the play and not sit there thinking about when you can get out and light up. Life is much more enjoyable when you can focus on fun and what is going on, you don't have a mind trip going on..looking for the next fix.

Way to go Roses. Getting through Hell week is not an easy thing to do. I'm only a bit ahead of you, but I know Hell week very well...it is crazy tough. I can't wait to hear how you rewarded yourself. You'll knock Heck week outta the park. Keep up the quit...you ARE a non-smoker now!

Roses, congratulations on surviving Hell Week! It really can be truth in advertising, but you told the Nicodemon he no longer controls your life and you won! Please find a special way to reward yourself to celebrate one smoke free week!

I am so glad to be done with Hell week. I want to thank you all for your support and for helping me to make it this far. On to Heck week I go. I am not sure what that will be like or what is in store for me. One thing I do know is that I am a non-smoker today and will remain so as long as I never take another puff. Wish me luck on.
