Thank you so much guys!!!! Its still so nice to come here and read all the posts. In the early days we had a real comeraderie(sp?) with all the new quitters, of which I was one...many times over, I might add. I had trouble then, but with the help of SSC, my doctor, and posting, every day became a little easier.
I can't say this often enough...BABY STEPS...by the inch, etc. That's the best way to overcome one of the most stubborn habits around.
