Slabs of ribs and beans. I'm going to let both soak and marinade for two days. I make my own BBQ and bean sauces from scratch. I think you all will like a wonderful mixture of brown sugar, vinegar, tomatoes, a little molasses, water, rum, and secret herbs and spices.
