First, congrats on your smoke free month! Are you rewarding yourself appropriately? Rewards tell your body that you can enjoy life without smoking. Your body is changing. Before, when you might get upset, you would step away for a cigarette. You can still step away if something bothers you, but you don't have to smoke! Do a search on stress and depression to see how other members have dealt with these issues during the early days of their quits. Just remember that this temporary inconvience will yield HUGE permanent improvements! Now go reward yourself to celebrate!

I am on month smoke free as of today. The cravings still happen but they leave within seconds. Now I just really miss cigarettes. I often joke to my husband and friends that I should wear a shirt that says. " Ask me how quitting smoking ruined my life!" I hate to be so negative, but I feel like ever since I quit my life went downhill. I get aggittated SO easily, depressed SO easily ect. I have no clue if all of this is normal, I hope it is. But going back to cigs is not an option I worked too hard.
