Now also sounds like a great time to set up a rewards system if you have not already done so. Rewards are great motivational tools. Yes I hear you on the patch thing. I wasted too much on taking off patches to smoke. Cold turkey was what only worked for me. As they say around here whatever works just do it.... Ron
