Thanks! The profile picture was taken by my youngest daughter...those are her feet on the beach in Florida. She is the one person in my family who daily gives me support in my quit. So, the pic is in honor of her. I will remember to keep my guard up...DO NOT want to go through hell week again!
Lookie Lookie who's come to day 9! Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!! That is super awesome! Oh and I love your profile pic by the way. I'm sure now you know that it is starting to get easier....day 9 must be much better than day 1 or 2 right? You can do this and you are proving this to yourself daily. Just remember to keep your guard up and relish in both the small and big rewards. You are doing amazing....keep it up!
Thanks Rock and Jason. Now I am into Day 9. Yesterday I rewarded myself with Taco Bell for dinner! I went to a smokey place and did not smoke or want to. I love the little rewards but do look forward to all the big ones!
