Well, i've had a lot more energy since i quit smoking and i don't spend all my time laying around like i used to. I can get things done and not be winded when i'm trying to do them. Had i known i would've had this much energy i would've stopped smoking a looong time ago!

Thank you. Portion sizes are a big thing with me right now. It's hard to start watching what you eat but once you start, the rewards are amazing. On top of quitting smoking i have more energy to do daily activities. My home is staying in ship shape and i even have the energy to do yard work, which i didn't have before. Y'all have made it so much easier for me to stick with this. Don't know what i'd do without you!

Hi Kristen !  You make me smile I read your posts because you are so tough no matter what life throws at you !!!!  So...... If you will let me say..... Who told you that you need to lose X lbs. ?  Kristen you have established here, without a doubt, that you are in control of your life. If you want to lose X pounds then YOU GO GIRL ! Nothing can stop you. But Kristen.... Follow your heart.... Kristen knows the way. Don't let US tell you how much you should weigh
