Hi Ashley ! It feels great ! 7 months and counting. I'm walking a minimum 3 miles a day some days 6 ! and I feel great, I feel like a new man. I have my life back and I'm never giving it up again ! N.O.P.E. !
Hello fellow Marchers! I'm proud to strut my stats today - the wind is whipping up a storm outside my door but my morning walk was invigorating. The ocean is beautiful today! I'm glad I don't smoke now - I can power walk for an hour and my lungs feel fine! (I even kept up to my walking partner today - who has never smoked and is very buff!)

I'm proud of my stats today! And even more prouder is my dentist! Had a cleaning this morning, and they commented how much easier it is to clean my teeth since they aren't stained by cigarette residue anymore! Now that's a perk nobody thinks about! Quit smoking and your dentist cleanings go much quicker since your teeth aren't stained! So for anybody who hates going to the dentists, this is an easy way to spend less time in the chair!
