1202 smoke free days for me today! Ran into an old friend today who didn't know I quit smoking. She couldn't believe that I was 3+ years smoke free as the last time I saw her I was chain smoking 2 packs a day. What a great feeling it was when she gave me a high five and a big hug for not smoking! Great benefit of not smoking! :)
