Congrats for hangin' in there! Just take the patchless bit as another step down. You've managed it so well, and you can do it again. I won't offer good luck for your quit, as I firmly believe that a quit does not rely on luck, but on a strong mind-set with lots of determination to defeat the addiction.
Welcome back and way to go!!! 44 days if fan-44-tastic!!! Less than a week and y'all will be taking that cruise!!! Be sure to keep those rewards coming!!! All of you deserve them!!!
Well done Sharon! Don't worry about being patch less you probably won't notice the difference because you've done the patch programme properly. I did it too, and by the time I was down to 7mg the transfer to nil went without any bother.
You're well on your way now and congrats to your daughters too. Being non smokers really is the best in every way. Well done to you all.
Haven't posted for a while. Seems as though I jinxed myself . Don't know how many times I've quit only to blow it soon after. It's really hard, I've smoked 46 yrs. Wow!! I finally got my 2 grown daughters to quit with me and so far its going well. I'm using the patch and have 5 more days on step 3 (7mg) then I'm patchless :). My daughters and I all wanted to quit but couldn't unless we all did it together. Don't think I could have made it this far w/o patches. I was smoking alot, 1 1/2 pks a day. I'm breathing so much better and not coughing my head off at night anymore. This smokin business is Bad News so good luck to us All that are stoppin!!!!!!!!!!!!!
