Congratulations, Ron! I stopped smoking on Thanksgiving Day 2007. I can't believe that five years have passed smoke free. I have the urge to smoke now and again but it soon passes and I am very happy with my decision to quit. I didn't do it alone. I had the help of other members of No-Ember, Moss in particular.
