Congratulations on your weight maintenance, Humble. that is quite an accomplishment.
I can't say that I've been as successful with weight maintenance. However, I feel like I'm in much better shape. I don't get winded very easily, and it seems like I could just go and go and go on my bicycle. I just wish there were more hours in the day so I could pedal off some more calories.
In preparing for my quit I shopped from a list of good food to make so that I would be prepared for the munchies. I find that three solid meals a day at regular hours with two snacks in between help me avoid the poisons I was tempted to stuff in my face. I continue walking and if I plan to be out past meal time I take a little lunch and stop at McDonald's or one of those and give myself a fruit and fibre muffin with coffee after eating my sandwich. I, so far, am keeping my weight the same and that is good enough for me right now. Love your body; treat it well and it will take care of you. imho
