Hi Sparkey!

Those look like great long term goals! It can be helpful to make goals a bit more specific and measurable as this helps us to know what we are aiming for. So instead of a goal being return to the Gym, your goal could be go to the gym three times a week for a month. Or instead of be around my friends, your goal could be schedule a date with my friends at least once a week for a month.

Hope this helps!

It's important to set goals for yourself regularly. Not only is it productive to challenge ourselves but it also builds confidence. Also, now that you are quitting smoking you might find it easier to tackle some other goals you may haven’t felt up to due to lack of energy.

The summer is fast approaching. What are your top 3 goals you would like to reach before the summer is here?
