I'm really late joining this parade, but have only just got back from holiday. Missed it all while I was away & feel the need to celebrate being smoke free. It's been a
little tough but now I'm back & feeling happy to be in such good company. Hope your all having a good week.

Ha! willis, I missed my own 400 day mark. I saw it creeping up a few days before, and then I got busy and forgot about it. I guess that's a good sign, huh?
Gee it has been awhile since I visited this site, I am proud to say I have been smoke free for 352 days so a celebration for me is just around the corner. I think I can say I have beaten that demon. I am ok around smokers, not even interested, no desire at all. Still enjoying the freedom, fresh smell and sense of great personal achievement. It is the anniversary of my mother death today and I am so proud to stay true to my last conversation with her. I will never smoke again.
I will try to keep in touch, and congrats to all that are taking one day at a time.
I think I'm a day late, which brings my running total up to 406 days.
Congratulations on those hard-earned 3 weeks, forcemac. Sometimes those numbers really can seem unreal (in a good way), after years of smoking. You must be feeling very free right now.
